STANLIB also participates in a number of initiatives such as the Take a Girl Child to Work Day. We believe that as a leader in the community where we can offer experience and skills, we need to do so and support our people and the communities we live in. We invest in a diverse group of people and activities.
We also believe that in offices, it is not only work based theoretical training that creates productive teams. Many skills are required in the business we operate in, and many of our staff participate in mentorship programmes and coaching which assists in building new skills and networks that will benefit our clients, and our country, as we actively build skills in South Africa.
